Reporting

Results must be texted on the night of the Match to 07932 941175.
This is the responsibility of both Team Captains.

Results sheets must be returned to The Newcome Arms within one week of the Match.

We ask for results reporting in 2 ways for the following reasons:

Text the result, on the night. These texts are used for the web site to be updated as soon a possible, but at the latest before the following weeks match.
Results sheet, to be submitted within one week of the match. This is the Official Record of the match played, the Captains signing that it an accurate record and the players signing for who they are.

The results sheet is the only record of individual results for the aggregates and is the core document for the resolution of any disputes.

If the results sheets is not returned by the winning Team within two weeks of the match, the winning Team result will be void.

Electronic Reporting via the Pompey Pool Reporting Tool

Any Team that successfully reports a match result using the Pompey Pool League Electronic Reporting Toll will not be required to text the result of a match, or submit a paper copy of the match results. Under these circumstances, none of the rules under section 2d apply.
